The Mayor and Council of the Borough of River Edge will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 28th virtually via Zoom.  The Special Meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. to authorize the governing body to enter into Closed Session.  Notice of this meeting was published in the Record on Friday, October 22nd pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act.

The purpose of the Closed Session meeting is for personnel matters. Formal action may or may not be taken
