PLEASE BE ADVISED that in accordance with the provisions of New Jersey’s Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 P.L. 1975,

the Municipal Land Use Board of the Borough of River Edge will hold a special meeting on Wednesday August 31, 2022, at 7:00 pm

in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall at 705 Kinderkamack Road, River Edge, New Jersey.

The purpose of this meeting is to resume the 7/13/22 Land Use Board hearing on the application by 915 Kinderkamack LLC, a/k/a Dunkin Donuts

and/or to conduct any other necessary Board business. Formal action may be taken. All members of the public are welcome.

All individuals who wish to be heard must be present, or their attorney’s, at the hearing for the Board to consider their testimony.

Any additional notice required by law will be provided pursuant-to-law and will be posted on the Borough website at www.riveredgenj.org.
