NOVEMBER 7TH GENERAL ELECTION INFORMATION

There are 3 ways to vote in the November 7th General Election. They are as follows:

OPTION 1: Go to your regular polling location on Election Day, Tuesday, November 7, 2023

Polls will be open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7th. You can find your polling location by clicking here.

OPTION 2: Vote by Mail

If you have not applied previously and would like to Vote by Mail, applications must be submitted to the Bergen County Clerk’s Office and received by October 31, 2023. You can check your status by contacting the Bergen County Clerk’s Office at 201-336-7020 or electionsclerk@co.bergen.nj.us.

You may cast your Vote by Mail ballot in one of three ways:

  1. Mail it as soon as possible. Your ballot must be postmarked on or before Election Day.
  2. Drop your completed ballot at one of the Secure Ballot Drop Boxes, located throughout Bergen County, by 8 p.m. on November 7th (Please visit www.bergencountyvotes.com for Drop Box locations.)
  3. Deliver your Vote by Mail ballot in person to the Board of Elections located at 1 Bergen County Plaza – Room 310 by 8 p.m. on Election Day.

OPTION 3: Vote at any in-person Early Voting Location

Early Voting Locations will be open Saturday, October 28th through Sunday, November 5th. Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
