REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals shall be received by the Borough Administrator for the Borough of River Edge, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey by no later than 12:00 pm on Monday, January 19, 2026 for:

PROVIDING BANKING SERVICES FOR THE BOROUGH OF RIVER EDGE

The RFP packet can be obtained electronically from the Office of the Borough Administrator, during regular business hours 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, except weekends and holidays by submitting a request to the Borough Administrator via e-mail at LAPORTELA@RIVEREDGENJ.ORG.  Please submit one (1) unbound original and (4) copies in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the respondent and “BANKING SERVICES FOR THE BOROUGH OF RIVER EDGE” on the outside, addressed to Borough of River Edge, 705 Kinderkamack Road, River Edge, NJ 07661.  

NOTE: It is the respondent’s responsibility to ensure that the RFP package is delivered by the opening date and time.  Any document received after the established deadline will not be accepted, regardless of method of delivery.

Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.
